Reiki is the life energy which flows through all living things and which can be channelled to activate your body’s natural ability to heal itself, restoring normal energy, balance and health on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. For many people it becomes a voyage that they integrate into their everyday lives.
All our Reiki courses are run in the traditional Japanese style of its founder Usui-sensei.

Reiki Introduction - Level I (1 day)
This one day course is the Reiki Introductory level, enabling you to practice Reiki for self healing purposes. This ‘Active Reiki’ includes four Shoden attunements to align you to the Spiritual Reiki healing energy. This level teaches what Reiki is, how to use it and all the essential techniques necessary to enable you to use Reiki competently on yourself.

This two day course is the Reiki Master Teacher level enabling you to teach Reiki to others.
This ‘Active Reiki’ course includes the final Usui attunement to raise your level of spiritual awareness and healing ability. This level teaches the Dai Ko Myo Usui Master symbol, how to give attunements and Reiju Empowerments, what and how to teach Reiki, plus many Western and Japanese meditations and healing methods to enhance your own healing ability and Reiki knowledge.
